Mia Ives-Rublee is the Director of the Disability Justice Initiative at the Center for American Progress and commissioner on the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders. Mia obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of North Carolina and currently advises on disability and Asian American issues.
